Garmin’s Venu 4 Makes Health Tracking Smarter

Garmin announced a new watch this week called the Venu 4. This watch has a stylish design, a built in flashlight, mic/speaker, and a long battery life of up to 12 days.

The Venu 4 added some new health feature like the new Health Status feature. It will track your trends in areas like heart rate, respiration, skin temperature, and more so you can know more about your health. It also gets another new feature called Lifestyle logging, which will allow you to track how much caffeine, alcohol, and other habits you do.

The Venu 4 also gets more advanced sleep tracing like circadian rhythm alignment and sleep consistency tracking.

Garmin added an all new Fitness Coach, that will personalize daily workouts across 25+ activities for you. There is also mixed-session fitness tracking, for multi-activity workouts. And lastly there are new adaptive plans that will change your fitness plan based on your recovery, sleep, and history.

Garmin finally added some accessibility features like how you can have the watch read the watch face data aloud, color filters for people who are color blindness, and voice commands without a phone connection.

The Garmin Venu 4 will be available starting September 22, will come in 41 mm and 45mm options, multiple colors and bands, and have a price tag of $549.99
