A New Pair of Powerbeats Fit Has Been Announced
Apple just unveiled the newest earbuds coming to the Beats by Dre lineup. They get the iconic Powerbeats naming scheme and are called the Powerbeats Fit. These earbuds are not a significant upgrade from the 2022 model of the Beats Fit Pro, but they do offer a substantial upgrade package.
The design of the new Powerbeat Fit features a 20% more flexible wingtip and a 17% smaller case, making them have great comfort and stability during every workout. They also have enchanted durability and improved in-ear comfort with a redesigned design that is said to be as stable as the earhook on the Powerbeats Pro 2. They also get an IPX4 rating and will come in the colors Jet Black, Gravel Gray, Spark Orange, and Power Pink.

In audio quality, Beats says, “The ergonomic earbud shape is crafted around a custom acoustic platform and proprietary drivers, delivering powerful, balanced Beats sound across the full audio spectrum for an exceptional listening experience.” These earbuds also get Adaptive EQ that tailors each earbud’s sound based on its fit and seal in the ear. Using microphones to measure what the user hears and adjusting the audio to match their unique ear shape.
One part that was not upgraded is the chip. The Powerbeats Fit gets the same chip as the one from 3 years ago, the H1 chip, for iOS connection. But they do also support Android through the Beats app.
The new earbuds offer up 7 hours of playback per charge, and up to 30 hours of battery life with the case. They also get Fast Fuel, allowing them to give an hour of playback on just a 5-minute charge.
You can order the new Powerbeats Fit today in all the colors for $199.99 at apple.com in the U.S. The earbuds are also coming to shelves as soon as October 2nd.
