Xiaomi’s AI Vacuums, Mini LED TVs, and Smart Camera Aim to Dominate Homes
Xiaomi just revealed its next generation of smart home devices. There is the Robot Vacuum 5 and 5 Pro, the TV S Pro Mini LED 2026, and the Smart Camera C701.
Robot Vacuum 5 Pro
Xiaomi is expanding its cleaning product range with the new Robot Vacuum 5 Pro. It features a powerful 20,000Pa suction rating, a retractable design that allows it to fit under 9.5cm areas, and a triple-camera AI system with dirt recognition and obstacle avoidance capabilities. The Base for the Robot Vacuum 5 Pro features a 176°F mop wash and auto rewash function, which is triggered by dirt sensors.
Robot Vacuum 5
The Robot Vacuum 5 is a cheaper version of the Robot Vacuum 5 Pro. It has the same suction power, but a slimmer build. This robot vacuum also uses an S-Cross dual-line structured light for obstacle detection. The base for the Robot Vacuum 5 has self-cleaning trays and hot-air drying capabilities.
Vacuum Series Shared Features
Both the Robot Vacuum 5 Pro and Robot Vacuum 5 have dual mop arms, brushes for 100% corner coverage, 5200mAh of battery capacity, up to 140 minutes of runtime, integration with smart apps, and support for Alexa and Google.
Xiaomi TV S Pro Mini LED 2026
Xiaomi also unveiled new TVs called the Xiaomi TV S Pro Mini LED 2026 with 55”, 65”, and 75” options. The TVs have Mini LED and Quantum Dot technologies for brighter highlights and deeper blacks. The TVs also get support for 4K UHD, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and the ability to refresh at 144Hz for normal use and 288Hz for gaming.
TV Experience
The new Xiaomi TVs also have an amazing experience with support for Dolby Atmos and paired with dual 15W speakers with Harman tuning, a new low-reflection coating on the screen, motion clarity tech, and support for Google TV, Apple AirPlay, and Wi-Fi 6, making it have a seamless streaming experience.
Xiaomi Smart Camera C701
Xiaomi is also upgrading its camera lineup with the new Xiaomi Smart Camera C70. It has an 8MP sensor, support for 4K Ultra HD and HDR, full-color technology, IR night vision up to 32 feet, AI detection for pets, babies, and humans, 2-way audio, Wi-Fi 6 support, and a privacy shutter.
With all these new smart home products, Xiomai is positioning itself as a direct competitor to Samsung, Dyson, and LG in the smart home. Since the Robot Vaccum 5 Pro is priced at $699, the Robot Vaccum 5 at $549, the TV S Pro Mini LED 2026 starting at $649, and the Smart Camera C701 costing only $89, they could disrupt the market with their low prices.
