What we expect at this years Apple Event
Since we just got confirmation that the next Apple event will be held on September 9th, I thought I could write about what products we expect to be coming.
iPhone 17 Models
Obviously we have to start with the all new iPhone 17 line. For the base iPhone 17 model, it is rumored to get a new A19 chip, but still have the same design.
A new model is rumored to come called the iPhone 17 Air, that’s only 5.5 mm thick, which is super thin compared to the 7.8mm of other iPhone models. It’s also rumored to have a 6.6 inch OLED display, titanium frame, and same A19 chip as the base model.
The iPhone 17 Pro is thought to get a new design. We’ve even seen a person testing a model of it in public and it had the rumored camera bar across the top. For other specs, the all new A19 Pro chip, 12 GB of RAM , and vapor-chamber cooling. It should also be available in a Max version like other years.
All the iPhone models are rumored to get 120 HZ Pro-Motion and get iOS 26 as there standard os.

Apple Watch
The whole Apple Watch line should be getting upgrades, including the Ultra and SE. For the normal Series and the SE that hasn’t gotten upgraded since 2022. They will have the new S11 chip, improved battery and efficiency, and new health sensors.
The Ultra should be getting satellite connectivity, for those time when you’re out of range of cell-towers, and the feature of detecting you Blood Pressure.
AirPods
The AirPods are less likely to be announced, but if they do, here are the rumored specs, a redesign with a slimmer appearance, hidden LED status indicator, and capacitive pairing button. Other specs include, in ear heart-rate monitoring, temperature sensing through the ear canal, on device live translation, enhanced ANC and better integration with AI features.
Less likely
There are some products that are less likely to be announced like Mac’s, iPads, new HomePods, and a AirPods Max.
