The all new products from Made By Google 2025!
In this Made By Google article I would like the write about what we expected for their new event, and what was totally unexpected.
Venue
Expected
Now one thing that we totally new about is that the event would be held in Brooklyn, New York, with Jimmy Fallon as the host, with famous guests like Stephen Curry, Lando Norris, and The Jonas Brothers.
Unexpected
We had some other famous guest including, Alex Cooper, Andre D. Wagner, Kareem Rahma, and many more!
Pixel 10
Expected
We knew that it wouldn’t have a new design, thanks to the leaks provided by Google, and we knew it would have a .5 tele-photo lens, that has only been see on Pro Pixels.
Unexpected
It’s got a 20x Super Res Zoom, and will be twice as durable than the two year old Pixel 8, has the best in class display, a camera coach that will help you pose and frame better, while taking a picture, and powerful performance with 12 GB of ram and the Tensor G5 chip.
Pixel 10 Pro
Expected
We knew it would not have a new design, again, through Google’s leaks, but we did know it would have better AI features.
Unexpected
The camera got upgraded with 100 Pro Res Zoom, great video stabilization, and 50 mp High-Res portraits. It’s also powered by the Tensor G5 chip and has 16 GB of ram.
Pixel 10 Pro Fold
Expected
We expected that this years foldable would be more durable and it did get more durable with an IP68 dust and water resistance, and it will be able to handle 10 years of folding.
Unexpected
It got a bigger battery, more that any other Google Pixel foldable.
Pixel Watch 4
Expected
We did’t really hear much about about the pixel Watch 4, except that it would have thinner bezels. And it did get thiner bezels, with an even better 360 display design.
Unexpected
It also adds a new life saving feature that will detect if your pulse stops, and immediately call emergency services. With Fit-Bit integration it will give you a Morning Brief on your heart rate, weather, and how ready you are for the day and if you forget to log a workout, it will detect that you did one and record it for you. Gemini is easier to talk with, just raise you wrist and it will pop up. Battery is a huge 50% longer, and if you charge for 15 minute that will give you 15 hours of battery life. All that comes in handy, if you need to use SOS Satellite Communication, directly on the Pixel Watch 4.
Pixel Buds Pro 2
Expected
We didn’t really expect anything new to come to the older Pixel Buds Pro 2, but here we are with some new features.
Unexpected
You get Loud Noise Detection, Adaptive Audio, and a new feature that allows you to answer calls with a nod, or decline them with a shake.
Pixel Buds 2a
Expected
We expected these earbuds to have cool colors, ANC, and a $149.99 price tag, and most of that is true.
Unexpected
They are powered by the Tensor A1 chip, have immersive audio with 11mm dynamic speaker drivers, have a great $129 price tag, and a way longer battery life than the first Pixel A earbuds.
Accessories
Expected
We thought there would be some talk about Qi2 and there was!
Unexpected
The feature is called the Pixel Snap, and the products are, a $40 Pixel Snap charger, a $70 Pixel Snap charger with stand, a $30 Pixel Snap Ring Stand, and $50 Pixel Snap cases.
All the products will be available to Pre-order today with the Pixel 10 Pixel 10 Pros and Pixel Snap accessories available on August 28th, and the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, Pixel Watch 4, and Pixel Buds 2a available on October 9th.
