My favorite app for fitness is Apple Fitness. You do need a subscription to use it, but if you do pay, it should change your life.

Why I like it

The app is a great way to get fit and I used to not do other exercises, except running before I used Apple Fitness. Since i’ve started I now do HIIT, dance, strength, core, yoga, and kickboxing. I like that you don’t even need any equipment to start with.

It’s helped me become stronger and more confident in myself. I also feel like a better person.

Great Features

One of my favorite features is how they team up with other athletes and trainers to do workouts and programs, which gives the workout a fun twist and new feeling.

They do artists spotlight workout programs. Which means that they only use that persons music in the workouts.

Every week a trainer gives a tip on how to do certain moves, help you on you fitness journey, or give some tips.

You can use Share Play to do a workout with a friend anywhere in the world!

The production quality is amazing with high resolution videos, amazing lighting, good music, and great audio.

All the trainers are so kind and energetic. If they need to they can get you hyped up! It almost feels like they know me!

Apple Watch connectivity

If you use an Apple Watch, you get the Burn Bar in HIIT workouts, that shows you how many calories compared to others who have done the workout. It can be a great motivation to do more in a workout.

The app will also track your workouts, so you can give a score on how much effort you used. After a while it will give you a Training Load score, for how much you workouts are having a toll on you.

Another feature is that you get the Exercise and Stand rings, for even better motivation in workouts.

Every month their new awards you can win if you do certain things, which makes me feel like I accomplished something.

Who its for

It’s a great app if you like to do workouts at home or even at the gym. You can be a starter or a pro, to do any workouts. It’s a great app for almost everybody! Even if you don’t like working out.
